I love this thing!

This thing is the greatest hand blender there is. It does everything quick and easy. I love this thing,, it make my life in the kitchen so much easier to get things ready to cook.

Better than we imagined!

We received our first Cuisineart “blender on a stick” as a Christmas gift over 20 years ago. It quickly became a mainstay kitchen appliance. Recently the motor gave out so we decided to purchase a new one. We couldn’t be happier! Two new features make this one even better: the wand is longer and you no longer have to depress two buttons at the same time. The same great Cuisinart quality. 👏👏👏

There is no air tight seal in the machinery.

Great for non-liquid items, but liquids tend to spill

A great and versatile multi-purpose appliance

I bought a summer home which has a small kitchen and needed to equip it with all the basics to cook for two people. There is very little counter space and storage, but I missed having the convenience of a blender, a food processor, and a mixer like the full-size appliances I have at my winter home. I found this Smart Stick variable speed hand blender at a local department store which comes as well with a small food processor with both a steel chopping blade and a disc for slicing or shredding and a whisk. It is PERFECT for all of these tasks, and it is compact but powerful. It is easy to clean all of the parts and even comes with a tall clear beaker which makes great whipped cream or meringue using the whisk attachment, It is so versatile that I may buy another one to use at home.

Difficulty using with weak hands

Harder to use than the older version. Have to press two buttons to operate. Difficult with weak wrists.

Helped me make a homemade sauce even better!

The ease of use of this, plus the options for attachments was great! I used it to blend roasted veggies to make a spaghetti sauce from scratch. I own a Vitamix and definitely could have used that, but instead, I used my new hand blender and LOVED it! It was powerful and efficient to blend roasted peppers, garlic, tomatoes, and onions into a perfect texture to add to tomato sauce.

Ok for small jobs

Was looking for something to replace my broken Ninja. This does an ok job but not nearly as strong. Bowl size and blade efficiency are lacking and plastic is cheap.

I’ve never had a stick blender before, so after doing some research I chose to buy the Cuisinart Smart Stick Variable Speed Hand Blender. I am making homemade spaghetti sauce and canning it, the Cuisinart Smart Stick Blender made it so much easier when pureeing my sauce. I would definitely recommend it.
