My new go to!
Love this! Great heat distribution. Nontoxic nonstick. Easiest clean up ever. Makes cooking a joy! Never going back to “traditional” nonstick. Worth every penny.

Fantastic saucepan - great to use and E-Z to clean
This is a great tool for any chef or cook. It is completely solid and durable and is super easy to clean - dish soap and brush and looking brand new when dried. I just finished boiling down over 3 gallons of tomato juice pressed out of 31 lbs of organic tomatoes. This sauce pan and it's two air holes in its lid made this a total no big deal!! Just put the overhead vent on low and keep watching it every 10 min and you're good to go. This sauce pan just boiled these gallons - poured into the sauce pan up to 3/4s every 20 min or so and go about the kitchen, etc. I accidentally poured too much in at a refilling time and got the lid and handle and stove top all tomatoed up. The glass ceramic stove top cleaned up fine when cooled as usual. The saucepan was filled with about 1 quart of totally condensed tomato juice and it cooked down with nothing burned and nothing stuck on the bottom.. AT ALL!! And I'd been letting this go all day (turning off when I left the kitchen). The super condensed juice was thick as a puree but nothing burnt about it all. The sauce pan and lid had with cooked down tomato juice.. on the top and on the handle where it spilled over. This bad boys came clean with soap and a scrub brush and hot water.. no "elbow grease" needed. I've had this sauce pan for 3 yrs now and just came from the kitchen to write a review. It's costs a little more than most but.. man oh man, it is SOOO worth it!
