Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops; not induction-compatible.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Loved it at first...

Loved it at first so much so that I invested in MANY of the TechnIQ pieces, even gifted them to my son in law. However his and my pans, over time, developed a food build-up that makes the non-stick surface no longer non-stick. Scanpan says to use Bar Keepers Friend or Baking Soda to remove it and it should be fine. After a few applications, I can still see a brown discoloration of the built up food. So much for a lifetime warranty.

Get it...you won't regret it!

This is by far my absolute favorite pan. Cooking for a large family it is so convenient to make large meals in and the clean up is utterly amazing! I have an All-Clad set of pots and pans which I love but this pan by far gets used the most...at least 3-4 times a week.

Most useful pan ever~!

I have two homes thus 2 kitchens, So I have a variety of pots and pans from le Creuset to Caphalon to AllClad to a tajine I picked up in Morocco! But this 6 qt. braiser is the most continuously useful one of the lot. You can cook almost everything in it. It's my go-to. Even cooking bacon in it is better because of the 3" high sides, so that it cuts the splatter. All the complicated dishes with loads of ingredients work well in it, as there's always enough room in this 12" diameter pan. And it has metal handles, so you can put it in the oven too. A friend of mine cooked in it at my house, and asked her son for one for her birthday! We both love it, it's thick, sturdy, not too heavy to lift, cleans immaculately, retains its finish. And the food I've made in it has improved my reputation as a cook! Just sayin' 😂

Incredible Pan!

This pan is a game changer! We use this pan 3-5 times a week and the size, quality and design are unmatched. The pan cooks so evenly, the non-stick is the best quality I have ever used. It is so easy to clean, easy to use, very sturdy, heavy weight and a pleasure! Highly recommend :)

Best non-stick technology in the market today

This pan is far superior to all the non-stick competition in cooking, even heating, cleanup, use, and overall design. Due to my experience I also have purchased the 10" TechnIQ pan; as well as, the IQ sauce pan.
