Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause foods to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Great!

These are amazing pans. Great for stovetop and oven. I got a lid for the larger pan, which Scanpan makes. The only downside is that, as with all non-stick pans, they need to be replaced every few years.

Non-stick pan that still significantly sticks

I purchased this non-stick pan specifically to make eggs and not have the eggs stick to the main. However, the eggs consistently stick to the pan.

Two of my FAVORITE pans!

I love these pans & am very happy that I got them! I use them 3-4 times a week, but that's not a choice. I've never burnt anything. I feel very safe cooking & eating from them.

Failed after six months

It was great for six months, but gradually the non-stick surface wears out. Still looks ok, just now needs oil for eggs and such.

Finally! A good-quality non stick pan

I’ve tried a bunch of nonstick pans and am so happy to have these. Eggs slide right off and the surface seems durable, although I’ve only had them a few weeks. I have virtually no clean up. Totally worth the price.

8” Pan Perfect for making crepes!

Last year I volunteered to make my Mom’s spinach crepes for our extended family Christmas party. No small task as I had to make almost 80 crepes in one go. The 8” Scanpan was invaluable! It held a constant temperature and the crepes just slid out of the pan. It’s also my go-to pan for making morning eggs. Thank you Scanpan!

Poor quality, warranty/customer support

I got this Classic set based on reviews and Scanpan hype but within 4 months or less the set is not looking good. The food sticks and I tried to refresh the non stick properties after talking to customer support but it was useless. Customer support sent me about 12 photos outside of which they will honor the replacement warranty. There is no way anyone can have a pan issue outside of these photos. Disappointed. Next time will try one pan and then go for a set.
