- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven and broiler safe to 500ºF.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause foods to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Great All Purpose Griddle

Great quality griddle. We use it all the time for pancakes and grilled cheese, and it’s holding up great. Of course, that it cleans easily is a major bonus. We wanted a griddle that would fit on one burner instead of going across two, but allow us to make four items (sandwiches, eggs, pancakes) at once. This one fits the bill.

Best griddle ever!

I’ve made pancakes several mornings, as well as tuna melts and am so pleased with the way it evenly conducts heat, yielding perfect results. Saves time making 4 pancakes at a time. I use a touch of avocado oil with a silicone brush. It’s so easy to clean. Worth every penny!

Good solid pan

Good solid pan. We have a gas stove and once the pan gets heated you can shut off the burner and the food will almost cook itself

I purchased this about a month ago and really love it! First safe non-stick I have found that I could use metal utensils on. I dislike plastic in cooking and food prep. Pan is nice weight and cleans up like a breeze.

QUALITY!

Professional grade cookware. Well made and sturdy (weighs 3 and a half pounds). My first test was French Toast and it worked like a charm. Toast slid right off the pan. Very Happy!

Happy with my ScanPan!

I have been looking for quite some time for a really nice flat griddle to cook sandwiches and toast (float) bread and rolls. I saw ScanPan on the website (had never heard of them before) - and decided to give it a try. I love it! It is a great shape, nice handle, heavy - but not overly so, cleans up with just a wipe of a paper towel! Heats evenly. I would highly recommend and would love to try other ScanPan products.
