How did I live without it?!

Meets my purposes

I purchased because I need to thinly slice rolled dough into rounds to be baked that even the sharpest of the best knives tends to tear apart no matter how I try. This knife slowly used does a good job. Of course I am not using the forked end - but who knows as summer approaches and I find another use for it. (Sorry - not fond of tomatoes! :) Time will tell if it dulls as other reviews noted.

Orange Finish Is Already Coming Off

Cute Knife - but orange plating comes off with ordinary usage. The color finish on the knife is noticeably coming off - and getting in to anything you slice. Poor quality for Williams-Sonoma brand name.
