New policy difficult for first-time user to understand

I had never used the cylinder-exchange program before and found it difficult to understand. You don't instruct people who have never used it--you just assume that they will know to "open an account" first. I had to call your number to get instructions. And the stores that used to provide refills don't update their instructions to show that they no longer do so. It is confusing.

I have no idea how anyone could get 60L of carbonated water out of a tank, we average about 40-45. If we do three burst it’s less than 25
