    Use & Care

    Use

    • Wash all parts before using.
    • Add bag of filter granules to filter cartridge and close cartridge lid.
    • Place filter cartridge in tap water, let soak for five minutes then discard water.
    • Place filter cartridge in hopper. Refill with tap water and put lid on.
    • Set filter-change indicator as reminder to change filter granules every eight weeks.

    Care

    • All parts are dishwasher safe, except removable silicon bumper.

    Arkwright glass water purifier

    I love the style and overall look of this product. The only dislike is that I find it very heavy to fill my coffee pot.

    Not complete

    I like the glass vessel. I don’t like the fact that the purifier does not filter PFAS and the filter granules have plastic in them??! Why?

    Glass water pitcher

    Was very pleased with this purchase. AT LEASED I AM NO LONGER DRINKING PLASTIC WITH MY WATER. Better tasting, clean water. Would recommend to anyone who is concerned with their health.

    Too Fragile for the real world

    Fragile; the glass pitcher is very thin and the top portion of the pitcher above the metal band simply broke off while pulling lid off. The fragile material disqualifies this as a usable product.

    Worth the cost

    This is worth the cost. No plastic in the parts in contact with water. The water tastes good.

    Beautiful but glass broke easy

    Beautiful but hit the container on the divide between the sink and it cracked very easy. It was a very light hit on the sink.

    Filter packet of loose micro plastics

    Thought I had found a great water filter that didn’t require the use of throw away plastics. Only to discover the filter packet granules are full of loose micro plastics that go straight down the drain when replacing the filter and cleaning. Super expensive and an environmental scam.
