Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Ovenand broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harshdetergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylonscrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Love this wok! Cooks stir fries without burning, easy to clean!

Best Wok Ever!

This is the best Wok I’ve ever used! It heats and cooks evenly all the way around. Big enough for a big meal. It cooks so well , so evenly, and cleans up easily, too. A little heavy but well worth it. Pricey but well worth it. I’ll probably never need to replace it. Purchased the display model as it was the only one they had at Williams Sonoma after Christmas and had to beg for them to sell it to me. I didn’t want to wait for it to be shipped. Oh, was on sale! This Wok is fabulous.

Wok is extremely versatile

Scanpan 8 and 10 inch frying pans have held up great for 18 months, but the sides are too short for stir fry or making hamburger helper. This Wok answers that gap. We have All-Clad copper core for the rest of our cookware. Great products, but their nonstick wasn’t durable. Scanpan nonstick is incredibly durable. WS didn’t offer a lid at the time of purchase, so we ordered the 11.75 inch lid from Scanpan in California. Perfect match!

Spectacular

Best cookware!! Worth every penny. My husband is our family “chef” and he has been thrilled! Researched for months. So so so happy with these. We continually buy pieces to add to our growing set. We will never own any other!

My go-to pans!

Whether Asian or Italian, my go-to pans now are from Scanpan. I have the TechnIQ wok and TechnIQ Bistro pan for sautéing, braising and frying. My go-to roaster is the large non-stick one. My omelettes come out perfect in shallow frying pans. Food browns beautifully and steaks and fish release easily. I've come to rely on these pans which can cook with precision in high heat.

Incredibly satisfying to use

Have used for about 6 months, and so far so good! I'm usually wary of nonstick, but the coating on this pan is very reliable. Feel like I don't even need to add oil because everything slides off so easily. The coating on the outside, I'll note, is less resilient—there are sadly a couple scratches on it already from grazing other pans.
