Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops; not induction-compatible.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approx. every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Have used several times and they do not stick and will last a long time.

feeling meh about this one

This is super shallow and not great for many preparations. When pan frying, there is a lot of splatter. Same with saute'. If you want to make a grilled cheese, this is your pan. Anything else - it's messy

Great pan and very durable. Only complain is the edge, just got to tilt to avoid food falling out. I would buy again.

Fantastic skillets

We searched high and low for the perfect egg skillet and found it with this set! We mostly use it for eggs and we love it. No sticking, easy to clean, great sizes. You pay a bit more for them, but I didn’t realize how happy an awesome skillet can make you feel!

No Sticking Just Slide Right Out

Love the ScanPan no sticking and I feel much better cooking with a product that doesn’t have harmful chemicals.

Bought these for my daughter-in-law because I love mine and her pans were awful. She loves them

Poor warranty service. But good pan while it lasts

These pans remain nonstick for about one year. Then despite following all the directions, they stop being nonstick. Then when you warranty claim, they accuse you of not cleaning them correctly and deny the warranty. So. I just decided to overpay for a one year pan.

Still do not have my package. Bought an item at the store. They said it would have to be sent. I didn't get it so hit the tracking button which said it was delivered. It wasn't. Come to find out it was delivered to a "ups hub", CVS Pharmacy. By now it was a week since it was delivered to CVS. Sent my daughter to pick it up - as I have been sick. They wouldn't give it to her because she didn't have my license. I went 2 days later and it was gone. Don't know where it is at. All the tracking numbers are linked to Williams Sonoma and not UPS. So 3 weeks and $169 later - no package.

ScanPan - non stick

I've only used the small pan so far, but it's been good. Just don't like it that I have to wash it right away while it's still hot.
