Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops; not induction-compatible.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Buyer Beware, Clarify Your Needs

This low sided fry pan is probably a great pan, but I was buying cookware for our Induction Range. When we tried to use it on October 4th, we found out it’s not made for the Induction Range. I bought 2 Scanpans at Williams Sonoma, a 10 1/4” HAPTIQ pan and a 11 3/4” TECHNIQUE pan and unfortunately the larger pan is not made for Induction cooktops. Unfortunately our sales person sold us one fry pan that was made for induction, but the 11 3/4” pan was not, and I was not aware of it.

Great pan. Performs excellent. Does have some weight to it.

Not happy and concerned They are collecting dust

These pans can or should not ever be washed in a dishwasher. The coating on the bottom of the pan comes off. If you wipe the bottom with a towel the black rubs off creating a real mess and some health questions. This makes you wonder about the cook surface and the transfer of the bottom coating to the cook surface.
