- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause foods to stick.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.

Great Purchase

This is a super saucepan!! I used to have a problem with making rice pudding that would stick to the pan. A real chore to clean up. With this pan things practically cook themselves. Super easy clean up always. A real winner of a pan!!!

Saucepan with helpful features.

This pan is a really good size. I especially like the double pour sides and the glass cover.

Very impressed with this pan.

After cooking for 60 years I’d have to say this is the best non stick pan I ever used. Start with simple oatmeal. It magically cleans in seconds. So far, I’m very impressed. Not a scratch either.

Good Working Saucepan!!

I have owned this Scanpan Saucepan for about 9 months. It works great on a gas stove. Its even heating. I have not had any problems with the Nonstick. The really convenient thing about this saucepan is the spouts on either side. This is great for when you cook foods that require draining. You don't have to remove the top or use a strainer. The saucepan is a breeze to cleanup. This is a great Saucepan to add to any cook's arsenal.
