    • Do not use knives, sharp kitchen tools or electric hand mixer in cookware, as they may scratch lining.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue, fill cookware with small amount of water and place over low heat until food is softened and easily removed.
    • Cookware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar, or use a high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.

    As delightful to use as it is beautiful

    I use this pan for just about everything. It cooks everything very nicely and cleans up beautifully with ease. I am no longer intimidated to use a pretty pan! But the functionality of the design is the great pleasure: I love how the handles sit, the gorgeous high-dome lid, and the relatively light body weight of the pan. Very easy to maneuver on my gas stove top, does not overcrowd other pans, and perfect for serving. Not just a pretty face! Storing is easy, because it is so pretty and I use it frequently: It lives on my stove top. But if I were to put it in the cabinet, I would wrap the tomato handle in a dish towel and invert it in the pan... Then it stores like any other pan its size.

    So beautiful - cooking is a pleasant!

    I received it nicely pack and it came to my door on time. So happy as soon as I see this wok. Yes, it is a non stick. I have a glass top stove, the wok is very sturdy. So far, I have stir fried green vegetables, it come out beautifully green. Also I have made scrambled eggs with chives, it also come out beautifully. I use full high level for the vegetables and use medium - level 6 for scrambled eggs. When I saw the wok, I was going to wait for the on sale. But I could not hold up. Glad I got it.

    Meals in the mail

    We are experimenting with pre-assembled meals and I have found my main purchases recently are Ruffoni pots and pans. Quite a treat, and the wok is a great addition.

    This Wok is a Dream

    This wok is not only beautiful but it cooks great. I have a gas stove so no issue with spinning. It cleans up very easily. Highly recommend.

    Beautifully Made, Easy to Clean, But...

    I have this wok for a couple of weeks and have used it extensively for stir frying, with many positive results, and one glaring negative result. First of all, temperature conduction is excellent and even large portions of vegetables need a minimum of oil to cook beautifully. Even with the messiest of dishes, foods don't stick and cleanup is a breeze with a little soap and water and soft cleaning pad...really this is dream cookware...now for the negative. Unfortunately I have an electric glass cooktop, and this pan spins when stirring ingredients in the pan. It's necessary to hold one of the handles when stirring. It is indeed a bowl shape and does not lay flat on this type of cook top. Interestingly, when I put this pan on a wooden cutting board or flat surface with a little texture, the problem is not noticeable. This pan was not overheated and actually started displaying its spin when I used it for the first time. I've decided to keep it because it's other positives outweigh this negative.
