Use & Care
Care
- Brush crumbs from grids and absorb any excess cooking oil by wiping with dry cloth or paper towel.
- You may also clean grids by wiping with damp cloth to prevent staining and sticking from batter or oil buildup. Be certain grids have cooled completely before cleaning. If batter adheres to plates, simply pour a little cooking oil onto baked batter and let stand approx. 5 minutes, allowing it to soften for easy removal.
- To clean exterior, wipe with soft dry cloth.

cheap and efficient waffle

Make thin and perfect size waffle, the belgian size are too big for older person...

Disappointing even at the price point.

Produces waffles that are raw on the edges which quickly changes to a burned ring. The very center was pretty good. Intended for counter-top use, it gets hot enough on the outside to quickly inflict 3rd degree burns when inadvertently brushed. You'd be better off making pancakes.

Best thin waffle - soft inside yet crispy outside

We love the thin crispy waffles this makes. Cuisinart seems to be the only one that does. Our first one lasted 20 years, and we hope this one does too!

We Like It!

We are enjoying this new waffle iron. It’s smaller than previous ones, but the serving size is about perfect. It heats up vary quickly and has multiple settings. I think we will try letting ours cook a bit longer next time for a bit more crunch. It’s really nice that it can be stored vertically in the cabinet too. I like saving space. The shiny silver finish looks nice with our appliances and so far we’re really happy with our purchase.

Great little waffle maker! It is quick and efficient. The waffles come out crispy and overall for the price would recommend.

Do not recommend this cheap model.

You get what you pay for. Thsi was cheap, and boy do I regret it. Its extremely difficult to clean, you cannot clean it with water because even the plates allow water inside. Which is a no no because it will short out. Ive had it two weeks and its already shorting on the light panel. Also, most of the batter bubbles out because there is no room to expand, and the top plate lifts up while cooking making for an uneven browning. Its just all wrong. Ive had others in the past, the Belgian waffle maker was the best. Spend more and get the upgrade.
