Great Cooker

I have had this Cook Central® 4-in-1 7QT Multicooker for many years, it is one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever owned (and I have many). I would recommend it to anyone. It slow cooks, steams, roasts, sautees and browns food.

Had my Cuisinart for 15 years until it died in April of this year, went out and bought the exact same model.

Great product

I love this product!! I bought it for its crock pot capabilities but I love the fact that it can be used as a roaster or steamer too. I like the versatility of being able to turn the multi cooker to roast and then it cooks hotter. Several times I have had it on slow cooker mode and then realized my meat wasn’t going to be done in time. So then I can just turn it to a higher setting and it finishes cooking faster. This is a great product!

The best slow cooker I have had. I like you can adjust the temperature rather than low, medium, and high.

Meat turns out tough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great slow cooker, but for some reason every time I cook a roast it turns out extremely touch… not falling apart like we’re used to with Crockpots.

Works okay, bad customer service

This cooks alright . This was top choice with another one which was cheaper from a website . I missed the part where it was made of non stick material which I try to avoid , so I’m not a fan of that, for chemical reasons. I went with this one because of gift cards I got for Christmas. The customer service was terrible and I’m not sure I’ll use william sonoma again. I waited 5 days and then tossed my gift cards because everything had gone through. Well the next day i get a call that a pin didnt work. I called and tried to talk to a supervisor, I had to pay the amount , in my opinion this was their mistake especially because they do not write anywhere about gift cards not being charged until order is being shipped.. I would have gone with the cheaper option out of pocket.

New style slow cooker with multi settings

Love the new Cuisinart Multi Cooker. Like all the features. The shape of the removable non breakable cookware. Easy to clean. Really like sauté feature. Setting easy to use. Highly recommend. Had the older model and after years of using it the newer ceramic removable cookware developed a crack and it was starting to leak.

I stand by Cuisinart products. This is my second multi cooker. The last one lasted easily 6/7 years. I love this cooker.
