    Care

    • Unplug oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
    • Clean exterior with sponge or soft cloth and soapy water. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents such as alcohol, bleach and chemical sprays as they may damage finish. To avoid scratching or marring outside surfaces, do not scrub with metal or nylon brush.
    • To clean interior, remove all accessories. Wipe oven walls clean with sponge or soft cloth and warm water. If interior is severely stained or dirty, use towel saturated with diluted solution of mild dishwashing liquid.
    • Do not attempt to clean heating elements. Any food that comes in contact with elements will burn off when oven is heated.
    • To clean crumb tray, remove it from oven and discard any debris. Wipe crumb tray with sponge and soapy water. Do not place in dishwasher.
    • Wire rack, pizza pan, baking pan and air-fry/dehydrate basket are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with sponge and soapy water to prolong life and appearance of accessories. To remove stubborn spots, use soft polyester or nylon pad.
    • Avoid using abrasive cleansers, metal scouring pads and metal utensils.
    • Clean door with glass cleaner and damp cloth. Use soft plastic scouring pad to remove stubborn residue.

    Great Options

    Great appliance. Its truly an all in one and kitchen must! Air fryer works great. Looking forward to using it for the bread proofing as well. Have not tried that option yet but so far very user friendly.

    Good countertop addition

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about this oven except a few things. 1. The door does not seal tight and therefore there is loss of heat and condensation on the exterior of the oven where the steam escapes. 2. The crumb tray isn’t made of stainless steel like the rest of the oven. 3. Cleaning the interior top of the oven is difficult and that area accumulates burnt on grease and other food residues. The exterior is smart and love the rose gold knobs. Love that unlike many toaster ovens and air fryers, this one has an interior light and bright display. Good capacity that can easily hold a 12” pizza. Great for prepping meals for a small family.

    Way more than a toaster oven!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the best purchases we made in our kitchen remodel, I absolutely love this thing, so much more than a toaster oven, and replaced our air fryer as well!!

    The dials to adjust the heat, etc. are confusing to use and seem to be fragile. Drums accumulate under the heating elements so the oven is difficult to clean.

    Do Not Purchase White Toaster Oven

    Beautiful toaster oven when it first arrived. Purchased in May 2025, and didn't start using it until June, after our kitchen remodel was complete. It's only been 2 months and the top/front around the door has already started to show discoloration that I cannot clean off -- it's baked in. Looks like the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic issues. Very disappointed.

    Do Not Purchase White Toaster Oven

    Beautiful toaster oven when it was new. Purchased in May 2025 and didn't start using it until June, after our kitchen remodel was complete. It's only been 2 months and already the front/outside is discolored by heat use and nothing I have tried will clean it -- it's baked in. Very disappointed and it looks like the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic issues. Tried to upload a picture but not able to include it.

    The best I've seen yet with one small complaint.

    The fact that this has 4 broiler elements sets this apart from all the rest. The footprint isn't too big, but the height of it gives it so much flexibility. Being able to cook 2 things at once, or adjust the height of the rack to control the radiant heat from below and above gives a greater control over the radiant heat. the 4 broiler elements generate enough heat to really give things a good char. My only complaint is the drip tray. The extremely narrow slot makes it very difficult to cover it with foil and slide it in. There is very little space under the element guards. I ended up making the guards removable (I don't recommend most people try this) so I could easily slip the foil under the elements. Since I've had it I use it every day that I am home.
