    Use & Care

    Care

    • Allow machine to cool completely before cleaning.
    • Do not place any part of machine in dishwasher.
    • Hand-wash water reservoir and drip tray. Air-dry or towel-dry.
    • Wipe down exterior with soft cloth and nonabrasive cleaner.
    • Follow instructions in manual to clean grinder, steam wand, portafilter and filters.
    • Hard water can cause mineral buildup on internal components. This can cause a change in coffee taste, brewing temperature and brewing flow. To avoid this, descale coffee maker at least once per month. For best results, follow descaling instructions in manual.

    Amazing product

    My FAVE!

    My daughter gave me this for Christmas two years ago and it's still going strong. I've never had any problems and I make sure to wipe it down after each use especially because it's white. I absolutely love this machine.

    Not worth the money, even at the discount

    This is not an intuitive machine. The portafilter is almost impossible to attach and the grinder breaks constantly. Purchased for my husband 2 months ago as a Father's Day gift to upgrade from a starter machine we currently had, and we now feel like this was a huge waste of money.

    Great beginner machine

    Overall I'm super happy with my machine. Makes beautiful espresso and is very easy to use. I'm a super beginner in the espresso hoddy, and for me the built-in grinder is completely sufficient. Can definitely notice that you don't have infinite options for dialing in - but I wouldn't expect that to begin with. That would be a reason to buy a dedicated grinder - but for a first espresso machine and to just figure everything out I couldn't be happier.

    This is not the machine you want.

    I have had this machine for about 2 years and I am now in the market for a new one. It's extremely loud and leaks water. I will definitely do my due diligence when purchasing my next machine. I do not recommend this one at all.
