- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Maintain the knife's cutting edge by regularly using a honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, your knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice a year.
- Sharpen straight-edge knife at home using a whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Sharpen serrated knife at home using a sharpener specifically designed for a serrated blade, or have it sharpened by a professional.

Best knives EVER!

These are the sharpest knives I’ve ever had! Absolutely love them. I hand wash and dry after every use ASAP so they won’t rust or dull. The block is great and looks great on my counter. Highly recommend!

Sharp

The knives are lovely. They are very sharp. I used the block but may switch to drawer storage. I’m. It. O corned about hand washing; that’s the best idea to keep knives in the best shape anyway.

Cuisinart knife set

I recently got this set of knives. I've gone through about 3 sets of different ones. I couldn't use my last ones way to dull. When I saw these ..I was afraid to use them. Such a nice set and so sharp! I don't have to use any pressure to cut things..goes through things like butter! Best investment ever!

Underwhelmed - Hand wash only :(

I was surprised to learn these knives were hand wash only after accidentally putting in dishwasher upon first use and having rust develop - very disappointed since this does not line up with quality I’ve come to know & appreciate from cuisinart and will influence future purchases :(

Loses Sharpness After 3 Months

At first, I was happy with these knives but after using them for 3 months - they have totally lost their sharpness and the provided sharpener doesn't do anything. I have issued a return.

See-through 2qt Saucepan

As pictured received it as promised. Used for the first however not sure why the sauce pan has the black spot in center of the pan. Doesn’t seem there’s any chips on it. I purchased because I wanted 2qt see through lid.
