- Prepare freezing bowl by storing in the freezer for a minimum of 24 hours before use.
- Do not store frozen mixture in freezer bowl, as it may damage bowl.
- Store leftover frozen dessert in airtight container.

Delicious ice cream

Makes delicious ice cream. But the soft serve into a cone is too soft. Perfect for a dish. And freeze for later consumption works well.

The ice cream machine was very easy to use and the ice cream was delicious. I know the my grandchildren will love it.

Not ready for prime time

After making 4 batches over a 2 week period, had to return the item as there were too many issues. Couldn't get it cold enough to use the soft serve dispensing function as it always came out runny even when going longer than the recommended 30 minutes. Needed to freeze the ice cream overnight to make it solid. Also, when trying to make a batch of Williams Sonoma Mint Chip, the chocolate chips jammed the auger, popping the top off the machine and luckily I was close by to turn it off as it sounded like it was going to break.

Disappointing product

Beware, this product is does not have an active cooling unit. You have to freeze the reservoir where your liquid is, and the machine moves the liquid over the frozen part to chill it and create the soft serve. This means that after 30 minutes and the frozen part thaws you no longer have soft serve, you have melted/liquid ice cream. This also means you have to eat all of the soft serve once it goes in the machine or you have a sticky liquid mess on your hands.

Healthy & Safe Ice Cream

We have cancer in our journey and healthy choices matter! No carageenan, no processed foods/mixes, no refined sugars and the grandkids get to have soft serve ice cream at home with toppings. We want to teach them to make healthy choices and say no to unhealthy things, no matter how popular or "cool" so that they don't end up with issues that are current in our society. This is a great option.
