Use
- Pre-freeze bowl for 16–24 hours before use.
- Do not place bowl in freezer for more than 30 minutes if it's filled with frozen dessert or drinks.
- Do not add mix-ins larger than chocolate chips.
Care
- Hand-wash freezer bowl, mixing arm and lid in warm, soapy water; dry thoroughly before placing bowl back in freezer.
- Wipe base with damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.

Don't waste your time.

Do not order. I ordered this item on July 6th. Shipping has been changed on 4 occasions with an estimated delivery date in late October. Can't believe they still have this listed on their website with a September delivery date. You will NOT get it.

Perfect and easy. Soooo yummy. One thing to note: It is NOT the color shown in the pictures. It's much lighter and barely has a minty tint at all. Still, it looks nicer than the original white.

tweaks to help performance

I put freezer tub in freezer in middle back, as instructed, but ice creams were not solidifying (even to soft serve status). After reading online comments elsewhere, I put tub in middle top shelf (by icemaker), as that is said to be the coldest spot in icemaking freezers, and reduced temp of freezer from -1 to -3. I also refrigerated mixture for two hours before putting it in machine. Those steps, combined, made for good soft-serve consistency. Wish those tips had been in the instructions, but c'est la vie. Otherwise working quite well.

Excellent for sorbet

used it to make lemon sorbet and it is amazing. Starts to solidify in 1-2 minutes. Takes maybe 7-10 to finish. We like it a bit more solid so put it in the freezer to harden. Haven't tried ice cream yet
