Small and Mighty

Small but mighty min food processor, ideal for small jobs. Fantastic.

Solid, powerful, cleans easily. However, my primary use is Indian cooking - I want to take 6 cloves of garlic and 2 inches of ginger root, cut them into small cubes, put them in and get a ginger garlic paste consistency. However, it's too small a quantity for this 4 cup machine. The bits just get flung to the side. I have to start and stop, use a spatula about 20 times to get a paste.

Great Little Chopper

Easy to use, easy to clean. Great for small jobs like chopping onions, ginger, garlic, etc. I have even used it to make small batches of salad dressing. Do not overfill fluids,mas the fluid will exit the wept holes.

Absolutely do not recommend

When my chopper finally arrived, it did not work. I called customer service and was told a replacement would be immediately issued. It has been over a week and I have not recieved the replacement or any tracking information. This Cuisinart mini chopper seems to be cheaply made, customer service has not followed through. I expected better from such an expensive store. How hard can it be to send a product that works? Nothing about this experience has prompted me to want to shop here again.

Great momma’s helper
