Discovered these Victorinox knives maybe 15 years ago when ordering from a restaurant supply catalog even though I’m only a home cook. These are the most outstanding knives I have ever used. Not only do they cut brilliantly but they are incredibly light. I loved them so much I ordered a dozen extra to distribute to family members as gifts. Be super-careful the first month you use them. I am very happy with these knives

I was looking for value priced steak and utility knives that were not pointy. I have a 17 year old who is knife phobic, and I am trying to increase his comfort with using blades in the kitchen. These knives are a great combination of low price, good function and non-threatening appearance. I know that mine is a special use case, but these have become my go-to small utility knife.

Excellent budget knives.

I absolutely recommend these knives! I purchased them because of the blunt tips as a safety precaution (children). They didn’t take away from their sharpness. They cut very well and with very minimal pressure. I would definitely repurchase these!

Great knives!

These are great little knives to have on hand! The blades are thin with a sharp edge so they cut very well. Especially good for ripe summer tomatoes! The size and weight make them easy to transport to a tailgate, picnic, or anywhere else that a small knife would come in very handy. The price is very reasonable for the set of two.
