Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks. Do not use with other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.

Great size! A good large size for 2-3 labs of ground beef or sausage to make a weeks worth of pasta sauce :)

Already scratched the non-stick surface.

We purchased this beautiful NS Pro Non-stick essential pan 6 QT. but after only less than 6 months usage, there are many visible scratches on the surface. We use only Silicon cooking utensils, hand washed only. Pls let us know if this is no longer safe to use since it's scratched as the toxic material is already exposed. I thought this product is high quality & it claims it can be used with metal utensils even tho we don't, not understanding why it still gets scratched so easily. Very disappointed.

Great shape profile.

This replaced a loved and well-used non-stick All-Clad Chef's Pan. Used essentially everyday, I wanted something a bit larger. Surprisingly, I immediately liked the shape better - the broader bottom surface is simply more versatile than the Chef's.

Great pan!

I needed a new nonstick, with high sides, and chose this one. The pan is great, large and "tall". My only complaint is that it doesn't have a glass lid (which I knew when it was purchased) but that means that the handle on top of the lid gets very hot, very fast. To me, that is a design flaw. My old pan had a glass lid and the metal handle didn't get too hot too often.

My new favorite pan

Fabulous pan, I can boil a pound of spaghetti in it or make beef stew—it’s such a great size and cleans up quickly. Works great on our induction range.

So Easy To Clean! The Best Nonstick

It was time to upgrade my old pans and WOW the nonstick is incredible - so easy to clean. The essential pan is this is my daily go-to and I love that the handles match my All-Clad precision tongs & utensils.

Wish I could review.

I have received and returned a 4 qt pan 3 times now. I have yet to receive the 6 qt pan after waiting f or 3 months of my time and effort of driving and shipping this pan! I cannot review pan because I have yet to receive the actual pan that I PAID for I am still waiting for this how long until Williams does something ?
