Use & Care
Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Maintain the knife's cutting edge by regularly using a honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, your knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice a year.
- Sharpen knife at home using a whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Store knife in a safe place to protect its edge and prevent injury.

I should have sent them back!

Aluminum isn’t good for a dishwasher. The handles are riveted with aluminum.

These knives are typical of Wusthof high quality. Well made and very sharp. I know they will last as have the other Wusthof knives I've acquired over the years.

Poor communication

I ordered these on May 15, 2024 for a birthday present for my son. Was supposed to be delivered on June1st but changed to June 14 due to back order. Now they are telling me June 24th. Wondering if they are just not available but they are not communicating what is going on with this order.

Very poor customer service
