    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.

    Care

    • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to maintain longevity.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.

    Scanpan TSS+

    It’s a nice pan. Great for stir frying, braising meat and even making chili. It heats up fast and evenly. I like the higher sides to prevent splattering. The handle is great too. I can wedge my thumb into the concave handle to balance it when I lift it up. I don’t need my huge wok anymore. It’s heavier than my previous pans, but I expected that for a 5-ply and the great quality reflects that.

    Excellent product

    ScanPan is an excellent product and was only made better by the service and information provided by the sales person at the WS store. We’ve used the product several times and have been pleased with how it performs. Highly recommend.
