Excellent Pan

These are wonderful pans. Food cooks perfectly. A bit heavy to lift, but I think that’s a trade-off for a quality pan that doesn’t burn the food.

Love this pan.

Pan is great. But I had a tough time putting knob on top. Following directions given, screw would not fit through pieces. I eventually left black circle off.

Disappointing

Have this pan now for about 5 months and the bottom coating is coming off. It’s really disappointing as I loved this pan and for the price it should last a lot longer.

My favorite pan!

I've had this lightweight chef's pan for a few months now and it has quickly become my favorite pan. I wanted an everyday pan with high sides so that it would contain food better than other cookware, and this one does just that. The size is perfect. I love that the handles stay cool while cooking and carrying the pan is much easier than a saute pan with one long handle. Nothing sticks to it or scratches it, and it's very easy to clean. I highly recommend this pan!
