Bottom cracks

In 2023 I recieved this product as a gift less then I year and the bottom cracked letting all of the liquid out that keeps it cold and cant be fixed. I reorder it in 2024 because I loved how easy it was to work. Now again the bottom cracked and cant be fixed. This one is less then a year old again. Both times I followed the instructions always handed washed. I even let the bowl come to room temp before washing it. I followed the storage instructions too. Don't know what is going on i will not buy this again.

Invaluable addition to our kitchen

After years of dreaming about making my own ice cream, I stumbled upon this KitchenAid attachment and immediately ordered. My family has not been disappointed. We been experimenting with different base recipes and favor options, but most importantly my kids have discovered how easy it is to make your own. It’s straightforward to use, though requires handwashing. You also need to prep by chilling the bowl for the recommended time. Highly recommend this attachment.

I was so excited to get this ice cream freezer bowl, but it did not fit my KitchenAid mixer, even though my model number was not listed as one that would not fit. The gentleman helping me took my model number (I assume to add to the list) and was very helpful in setting up the return process for me. The return was easy and the refund prompt.

Easy to make delicious ice cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was really easy to use and I made the most delicious ice cream for my kids! This Kitchenaid attachment is so easy to clean and store. It feels well made and durable.

Not successful

I tried using this several times, freezing it for 48 hours once, and freezing the mixture before putting it in, but nothing worked. The mixer just moved the cream around but it never froze.

Not worth the price

We had it for just over a year and then it cracked while in the freezer and liquid started leaking all over the place when we used the bowl. So disappointed that the warranty is only for a year so now it’s useless. We wish it would’ve lasted a little longer, especially for the price.

Breaks after using

Product broke after a year of use and Kitchenaid would not help or replace it. For 100 this should have lasted longer or have better customer service.

Great Kitchenaid Ice Cream Accessory

I make homemade ice cream and I purchased this attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer. It works beautifully and the attachment slides on as it should and stays in place to hold the paddle. Works great!

Smooth operator

Go to use it last weekend, made some delicious peach ice cream and it works so smoothly. I love KitchenAid products! I now have every attachment for both my mixers!
