Care
- To remove the crumb tray, press in the crumb tray and then pull it out. Clean the crumb tray with a damp, lint-free cloth. Once you have cleaned and dried it, push the crumb tray back in until it clicks into place.
- Unplug the toaster and wipe the exterior clean with a damp, lint-free cloth.

Best toaster I've owned.

The toaster is well engineered. I've never had a toaster that can do the tasks this can do. I is also attractive, matching the ZWilling coffee grinder sitting next to it.

2 Short Slots Toaster

Am very happy with this purchase. The toaster is well made and does a wonderful job. We like that it is simply designed and easy to use; plus it’s nice looking. Highly recommend this toaster.

A just-right toaster

This is our second Zwilling toaster. The slots are wide enough for a bagel or muffin half; the two-slot toaster doesn't take up a lot of room and the crumb tray underneath is easy to reach. We're very happy with our toaster.

Plastic burns and cracks

We bought the toaster, kettle and matching blender. The white plastic lid on the electric kettle and the white plastic on the toaster has burned and cracked. On the edges of the toaster it has actually crumbled away. I am not sure these are heat safe. Both have had regular use. I would not recommend or buy these again.

I Love This Toaster!!!

Disappointing malfunction

Didn't last more than 18 months. Bottom half of bread on both sides are not toasting evenly with the top half. Not that good for such an expensive toaster. Disappointing.

Toaster died - didn't even last 2 years

Tried to make toast this morning. The toaster made a loud noise, we saw a spark in the toaster, and it tripped our breaker. We have had this toaster for less than 2 years - ridiculous how expensive it is to not even last two years.
