A Piece of Art
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had the knife for a brief time, but so far I really love it. Perfectly weighted for me, comfortable handle and it’s beautiful. It is also incredibly sharp and a pleasure to work with. I will review it again after I’ve used it for awhile.

Love this knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a santoku knife for many years. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t holding the edge as well as I’d like. I love the new Kramer Damascus. I spent several weeks looking for and evaluating knife choices. This is the best knife I could find. It arrived sharp and the steel looks great.

Was awesome when it was new
This knife was great when it was brand new but after a year of use I don’t recommend it, it’s way to expensive for what it is. I have very small micro chips coming off the cutting edge. I don’t think there’s anything I can do to prevent it from happening

Santoku prefect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great balance; the handle feels fuller than the other Kramer knives I have from the set. Sharp and hope it will perform like the other Kramer knives.
