Great Shears

Great pair of shears. Love that they come apart for washing. I put them in the dishwasher. This is my second pair. The old ones lasted 15 years.

Broken shears after light use

Broken blade at joint after three years of light duty use. Very disappointing quality.

Things change with time, I guess…

Somehow I lost the original shears that came with my knife block, purchased many years ago. These were a replacement, but they do not fit into the original Wustof block. That’s a bit disappointing. Just know that the shears have changed if you want it to fit into an older block.
