- Polypropylene handles are contoured for a comfortable grip.

Use & Care
Use
- Always use caution when handling sharp objects.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.
- It is not advisable to use any knife but a meat cleaver to cut through bone, as other blades can be easily damaged.
Care
- Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry immediately.
- Maintain the knife's cutting edge by regularly using a honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed. With regular use and honing, your knife should not need sharpening more than once or twice a year.
- Sharpen knife at home using a whetstone or knife sharpener, or have it sharpened by a professional.
- Store knife in a safe place to protect its edge and prevent injury.

Good value for money

I love these knives! I have wanted a decent set of steak knives for a long time but was put off by the price. These are a good value for the money. They are lightweight, sharp and as an added bonus, very pretty (I got them in white). My only quibble is that I would have preferred a set of six, to fill the Wusthof knife block for steak knives.

Cut steak like butter

These are attractive and high quality knives. We ordered a set of 4 in the peach color. It’s brighter than I expected, but quite fun. The knives are extremely sharp, and I have hope we will be able to maintain them. They really did cut our NY Strip like melty butter.
