    Very Happy!

We had been looking for a wok for sometime. This is a wonderful pan.

    Great! Needs a lid.

Fantastic quality. Heavy, well made, sturdy. Great handle. It is a BIG pan. Hard to store and wash but that’s my only complaint. Oh, and it should have come with a life. Or at least have a lid available for purchase.

    Wonderful Wok

I really liked my old electric wok, but decided to give it up because of the non-stick coating. I am very happy that I made the switch to stainless steel. This wok is very nice to cook, especially with gas. Feels like a step up.

    Stainless steel wok

The wok cooks great for gravies and sauteing, but to use it as a wok at good heat, the food catches. I was surprised to see it scratches easy (doing away with the shine). I am careful now but this wok has become a main stay as I was looking for a solid, wide and deep wok.

    Little Buff Boys!

Careful william for with this wok I grow stronger everyday. And when my training is finally complete I will launch this bad boy right through your window. Seriously this thing is heavy as all get out. impossible to get that sick wok action you see in all the youtube videos. On second thought how is this even a wok and what is the purpose of it? It's insanely heavy, not cast iron, not rounded on the bottom I have not ever seen one man street vendor in my reels cook an egg in something that looks like this. But rest assured it is expensive, so that's good.

    Disappointed

I had the same experience as the other users rating a "1" I made a shrimp stir fry, then washed the pan. It was still warm, I added more oil, then day-old jasmine rice, and continually stirred until cooked thoroughly. Only other ingredients were Shoyu and eggs. A layer of stuck dark brown rice formed on the bottom of the pan. Removed pan from heat. After it cooled, I soaked in hot water with dish soap. Much came off with scrubbing with a nylon scour pad. Beneath that brown layer was a thin black layer that would not come off. I soaked it with a stainless steel cleanser that left a discolored ring. It still has a couple small black spots I will work on later. It's not worth the money and hassle. This is not a quality product. I have All Clad that never disappoints. I should have paid more and bought their wok.

Excellent versatile pan! AND NO STICKING!

I finally learned how to preheat the pan then add the oil and ingredients. I actually made a pappardelle pasta dish starting with the garlic, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, onion, artichokes and kalamata olives. I then added a tiny bit of the starch water and tossed the al dente pappardelle in. It took me a couple of times to get the heat right but wow, what a pan! Very versatile.

    Great for our needs

This is just what I was looking for. I didn't want a non-stick wok that would eventually start losing its coating into our food. I didn't want to deal with seasoning a carbon steel or cast iron wok. We just do light stir frying, no need to develop a wok hei, so this fit the bill for us perfectly. It has a good capacity, isn't too heavy, and the helper handle is indeed helpful!
