Nice Quality

This roasting rack was well-made and I am grateful to Williams Sonoma for bringing a stand alone roasting rack to market. It is made of stainless steel. The nonstick rack that came with my Calphalon pan was used a couple of times and started peeling. Unfortunately, This product did not fit properly with my 16 inch Calphalon roasting pan. There was a bar running through bottom of the roasting rack that would scratch my pan if I tried to use the rack.

Would Recommend

I bought this roasting rack to replace a nonstick coated one that had started to peel. My roaster is 16” and this rack was about 1/4” too long to fit nicely inside the pan. It did fit, just a bit snug. I took it to my father who cut a bit off the end of the rod that runs down the middle to hold the two sides together and all was well. Used it later that day and really liked it. Easy to handle and to clean.

Returning

Doesn’t even fit in a standard roasting pan. I ordered online and tried to cancel my order a couple hours later (which they didn’t let me) and then when I returned in store they wouldn’t refund my shipping. I lost a ton of money on this for no reason and it didn’t even fit

I have several roasting pans. This rack adjust to those, as well can be used on a baking sheet.

Perfect roasting rack

This rack is great for roasting and lifting a large turkey. Ours was 28 pounds and the rack worked perfectly. Other racks I have tried had a coated material on them that began deteriorating after just a few uses. This rack cleaned up easily.

Made Thanksgiving easier!

We weren’t sure if this would work but it absolutely met our needs when the coating came off our old nonstick one and I wanted a stainless steel one to replace. Highly recommend.
