Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- For best results, use low to medium heat.
- When using high heat, bring pan slowly to high temperature.
- Use plastic, wood or nylon utensils only; metal utensils may damage the enamel.
- Enamel may chip or crack if banged against a hard surface.
- Handles and knobs can become very hot. Always use potholder or oven mitt when handling.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking pan for a few minutes in hot, soapy water.
- Completely dry pan before storing.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach and abrasive cleaners.

Mini wok

This wok is very cute in look and functional as a cook pot and serving dish at the same time. Very small though! Wish it has a little bigger size!

I love serving in these cute baby woks. They are fully functioning cookware. The cast iron holds heat well. The matte enamel coating is easy to clean and maintain without seasoning. The texture gives great browning. I like to cook in my larger Staub wok and serve in these. I bring them to the table with the lid on and when it is removed the aroma escapes giving a sneak preview of the deliciousness to come.

These make great individual serving pieces for Pho! I make Pho year-round and love these to serve individually to keep the Pho warm until read to serve and eat. I also use them for soup, chili, stews, all served individually. They retain the heat so well and are easy to clean!

This is my favorite re-heat pot for one - especially for leftovers. I also do oatmeal in this baby wok, both heat and re-heat. Like any Staub piece - heats well and evenly and the glass lid makes it all easy to see as it's cooking.

This is not just for entertaining, it is a terrific option for cooking for one and especially for reheating. For whatever reason, I find that I can reheat in this wok more efficiently than in a saucepan or a skillet. something about the heat and shape make for a great reheat on most leftovers except maybe soup. I like the way foods brown a little without drying out as they do in a skillet. I've also used it to do a quick braise on meats, or cooking rice and grains for one. Cleans up nicely.

Grey preparation piece pieces that work as server

Great little piece for serving! It is small enough to fit on a buffet table but big enough to hold a nice portion of sauce, or spread. If you heat it it will keep sauces warm for a long time and if you hill it it will keep spreads at a safe temp.
