Form and function winner

Sleek aesthetic for modern space. I like the subtle white color that blends in with our white kitchen. Looks great with the Smeg toaster. It even has a pleasant melodic tone when turning on.

Retro SMEG

I love my SMEG! it is beautiful in mint green. I can regulate the temperature, and keep it warm for 20 minutes. If I forget it, it shuts off by itself. I am very happy with my new countertop friend, makes me feel quite SMEG !!

Customer service not up to standards

I had a horrible experience with customer service. I chose Williams Sonoma for this very reason even though I could have purchased this product on Amazon. For this reason, I will not make the effort in the future to order items from William Sonoma when they are offered elsewhere. Not only were they rude but seemed uninterested in helping with a simple solution and then acted put out when a solution was finally arrived at. This process took 40 minutes on the phone. Just not the kind of experience I would expect nor would lead to any further recommendations.

Not that easy to use. And it's a bit heavy. It's not easy to see if the water level is low.

Love this kettle!

Love this kettle! I must have good luck based on other reviews because mine has lasted 3 years now with no issues. We use this kettle at least 2x a day, every day. I love the variable temperature for different teas and I use this for pour over coffee in the mornings and aside from looking great, it works just as well!
