    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.

    Care

    • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to maintain longevity.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and Bar Keepers Friend cleanser.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.

    Deceptive advertising: only are for induction

    Green pans are not nonstick (after one month of careful use). I'm going back to tried and true scanpans!

    Aggressive nonstick that works beautifully.

    Possibly my favorite pan. The nonstick is aggressive and the depth of the sides makes it versatile. The size is large enough to cook just about anything. The vent holes in the lid work great. The 2 handles make it easy to empty, especially because the nonstick works so well that you don’t need to scrape it when you turn it up on its side. Overall a great product, I feel like the price is going to be worth it because it is so well made. I plan on getting many years of use out of it. I am looking to buy the entire set.

    My most treasured pan.

    I had been eyeing this pan for over a year when my sister bought it for me for my birthday. It is absolutely the most used (and treasured) pan in my kitchen. It just sits out on my stovetop because I use it for EVERY meal. I cooked a frittata in it for brunch and right now I have short ribs braising in it for dinner. I use it both on top of the stove and in the oven. It's just the right size, cooks perfectly on low or high heat, and cleans up beautifully. What's not to love?
