Good performance, but easily warps

Great looking pans and they heat evening (at first), but just after 1 or 2 used on my electric stovetop they have bent out of shape and no longer sit flat. This wouldn’t be an issue if I had gas stove, but since I have electric, it no longer heats the pan up properly since there is less contact. The warping happened with both the large pan and the high walled pan. According to William & Sonoma this is considered normal wear and tear and so I couldn’t get a replacement or refund even though it occurred almost immediately. I would highly suggest going with a different set especially if you have an electric or induction stovetop.

Goodbye Calphalon - this is a great replacement

Great product -and definitely worth the money. The Barkeepers Friend is a must to keep the product looking pristine. I added a roaster and another stock pot with a strainer to my set.

Best value, high quality! IMPRESSED!!!!

I'm really, really impressed! I waited to review until after I cooked, washed by hand and dishwasher, and the pans have not "tarnished" after high heat and cooking where other pans get this weird finish you can't scrub off. I was going to buy all-clad but honestly, save yourself the money, these are really wonderful.

Disappointed — wanted to enjoy

I wanted to love these pans. This is my first full set of pans. Did my research. We are in our new home with our new induction stove. The skillets are already staining from oil/nonstick spray. Each pan I put on the cooktop a buzz starts — I pull them off and the buzzing starts. It’s a cacophony of buzzing when I have 5 pans on! I have out other pans on and no buzzing. I have only had these for two months and regretting this purchase. I have to live with them and am not happy.

Love Stainless Steel

I also have 2 All Clad pans. Both sets are very satisfactory, but the Williams-Sonoma set is MUCH more attractive!
