Use & Care
Use
- Allow the air fryer to cool completely before cleaning.
- Always use oven mitts when handling the hot air fryer basket.
Care
- Unplug the air fryer, then remove the frying basket. Make sure the frying basket and crisping tray have cooled completely before cleaning. Use the center hole of the crisping tray to lift up and out of the frying basket.
- Wash the basket and tray in hot soapy water. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleansers or cleaning products on the nonstick coating.
- The frying basket and crisping tray are dishwasher-safe. For best results, place in the top rack of your dishwasher to clean.
- To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft, nonabrasive damp cloth.

I had it for less than a year and screws keep falling out and there’s sooo much peeling inside. So sad!

Another faulty product from William & Sonoma

Not durable. The lining cracked making the product unusable. You cannot buy a new basket for this product, you have to buy a whole new machine. William & Sonoma offered zero support stating outside of the one year window it’s not their problem. Our wedding was just 2 years ago and every appliance we received from William & Sonoma has broken in that time and needs to be replaced to which they say “not their problem.” Unless you plan to replace everything in your kitchen every other year DO NOT BUY appliances from William and Sonoma. They do not stand behind their name and can no longer be considered a reputable brand. Beyond disappointed.

Damaged Goods

I already have one of these fryers that I like very much. I bought a second as a gift. However, it arrived damaged. I have contacted customer service, which was very helpful, and I am in the process of getting a replacement.

Many better options out there

I received this air fryer as a gift. I’ve used it less than 10 times and it’s stopped working. I cannot get the digital screen to come on. After reading a number of reviews it seems to be a common problem. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this product.

Real pretty but no ninja !!

Looks great on the countertops got it because is the only one I see with stainless steel look all over most fryers only have the front. A little issue closing the drawer not really smooth I use a paper liner to avoid cleaning if is some ligth thing in there it will get suck up to the top and burn so watch out..

This is the best air fryer on the market! I have fixed salmon, haddock, cod and shrimp…steak, pork and chicken…French fries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts…bread…everything comes out perfectly!! It gets to temp within seconds and washes up in seconds too. Easiest, most reliable air fryer EVER.

Air Fryer works well, great for cooking sausages and reheating battered items like shrimp, fish. Works well and not noisy.

A dream come true!

This air fryer has changed the way I cook for the best! A home cooked meal that would take me two hours to cook has been cut to 35 minutes. My steaks, fish and potatoes come out hot, crisp and moist without the extra calories (oil). You have to try!

I like the Design the sleekness it matches with our other WS products, I went more for the looks of it rather than the how good it works, my son uses it so far no complains, wish it had come in Pink
