Designed for safe searing, browning and broiling, the coating will not blister or release fumes when exposed to high temperatures.

Use & Care
Use
- Do not season pan.
- Use low to medium heat.
- To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Never let oil smoke or burn.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable); carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
- Safe for use with metal utensils; silicone/wood utensils recommended.
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing your pans as needed, or approximately every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and exterior stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.

Does not work on all induction stove tops!

Set does not work on our induction stove top, despite the product description saying it does!

It was a beautiful set!!! I unpacked and put it all away and when I went to use it it DID NOT work on my induction stove. If the description still says that it does, please ask them why the heck ll it still says that!!!!!

Nonstick Coating Wore Off After Only A Few Uses

I know the spiel with nonstick cookware: don’t use high heat, don’t use metal utensils, hand wash, and don’t use cooking spray. I’m telling you, I did all that and yet the fry pan in this set lost its nonstick coating after only a few uses. There is a big discolored spot right in the middle where the coating has wore off and I’m afraid to use the pan now. I have had cookware from the dollar general last longer than that. Plus, since it was outside thirty days, WS wouldn’t even talk to me about a replacement or anything

I love these

I have a tried a few other ceramic pans and they don't compare. These are great and they wash well. I finished a dish in the oven and it turned out great. Great price, great product.
