- Wipe base clean with a damp cloth.

Good but not Great

We've had the machine about a month now, and it's frustrating. It CAN make a good latte, or cappuccino, but getting there takes some work. If you turn it on, put your pod in, fill up the milk and just push the button and expect a good drink then you'll be disappointed. We've found that you have to hit just the foamed milk button first to 'Prime' it, then hit it again to stop, and THEN you can make your drink with proper milk froth. It's annoying.

Great machine!

I replaced my Nespresso machine last month but now I’m wishing I bought it this month as it’s on sale! Will Nespresso honour your sale price for me? I like their pods but I’m still trying to get the ratio of coffee and milk correct!

Not as good as older model!

We had the older Latissima model for 8 years and loved it. It worked perfectly, was easy to program, and made excellent cappuccinos. We thought we were upgrading with the newer model but it’s definitely not as good! It randomly spits out water before starting to froth the milk and does not make enough foam for a cappuccino. Quantities change randomly and it is very hard to program (it will stop randomly in the middle of programming). Espressos and Lungos are ok but all the milk drinks are very uneven. I spent a few hours on the phone with Nespresso customer support and they were helpful but all they could do was help me reset it to factory settings which helped a bit with the frothing for a while but the factory settings do NOT make the drinks they are supposed to so you have to reprogram everything and as I mentioned before programming does not work well. We will keep trying to make it work but we’re very disappointed. We gave the old model to our son otherwise we would have returned this one and kept the old one.

It is my 4th Nespresso machine. It is terrible. Hardly puts espresso in the cup. So disappointing
