Magic Pot
I call the French pot my magic pot. Browns beautifully and keeps meat so very moist. I have a matching set for company and place them right on the table.

Beuatiful and very practical
Love this rondeau and it's so versatile. From the stovetop to the oven, it has become my go to pan for lots of recipes. Cooks evenly as all Mauviel does and holds a nice volume of whatever you want to cook.

This is the nicest pan I own
My husband gave me a really nice gift card for Christmas because he knew I wanted to add to my copper pan collection but was afraid to pick the wrong one and make an expensive mistake. I ordered this the day after Christmas! It is not only beautiful but I use it a couple of times a week. It has become my go-to pan for cassoulet, chicken piccata, tonight I made a big batch of puttanesca. It heats so evenly and retains its heat so well. It’s big so I keep it on my range. I just read someone online making fun of people who keep their copper on display but this is so beautiful you will want to do so. I love the patina that copper gets when you use it but I also enjoy the process of getting out the Copper Brill and cleaning it every couple of months. This is the real deal. I figure some day when I am gone my son will love it too, it’s that kind of piece.

it warped and now doesn’t sit flat.
I bought this pan last year after purchasing two fry pans that I absolutely love. This pan was the perfect size and shape, and I considered many other options before purchasing this pan. However the quality of this pan seems lower. The bottom warped on the second use, so now it does not sit flat on the stove top. I would have expected more for the cost.
