RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Anchovies ship frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 90 days. Once opened, wrap tightly, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 60 days.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Anchovies are best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Bring to room temperature just before serving. Eat shortly afterwards.
