Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash cooking surface and drip tray with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Lightly season cooking surface with canola oil or vegetable oil.
- Always preheat griddle before cooking and add food only after preheat light goes off. Preheat light will turn off once set temperature is reached.
- Use only wooden or plastic utensils rated for high heat (up to 450°F) to prevent damage to nonstick surface.
- Empty drip tray after each use.
- When finished cooking, turn dial to off, unplug griddle and allow it to cool completely before moving or cleaning.
Care
- Unplug griddle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Hand-wash cooking surface with cloth and hot soapy water. Rinse with damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners and metal pads.
- Clean grease drain by pouring warm soapy water around area. Use soft brush or sponge to clear debris, then rinse.
- Hand-wash drip tray or clean in dishwasher.
- Clean exterior with nonabrasive cleaner and microfiber cloth. Polish in direction of grain.
- Wipe temperature dial clean with damp, soapy cloth. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not immerse base, cord or plug in water or other liquid.

Super Healthy

It has a little exit on the edge where the oils and liquids go so it won’t drown your food. The pan is large enough for 6 large pancakes all at once, this product it’s perfect for at home, camping, and van lifestyles because all it needs is an outlet to cook your food.
