Love my new simmering pot especially with some of Williams Sonoma’s sauces. With the clear top I can keep an eye on the simmering. I like that feature. I’m in my 70’s and try not to add a lot of new “ things “ in my life but did give in and justified it as an heirloom that one of my kids will actually want. Ha ha
