Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Do not heat empty or allow pot to boil dry.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
- Not suitable for use in oven or on unregulated heat source such as barbecue, grill, open fire, wood burner or pizza oven.
Care
- Hand-wash; dry immediately.
- If enamel interior becomes stained, soak overnight in mixture of 1 Tbs. bleach and 1 gallon water.
- Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers, steel wool or steel scouring pads.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

Great Stock Pot

This is my second one of these stock pots which I use all the time. My original one was 8 years old and the enamel was starting to show signs of wear so took advantage of sales pricing and bought a new one. I love the size, how it heats up and retains heat. Looking forward to many more years of using a great pot!!

Beautiful, but doesn’t do the job.

I purchased this about a year ago, and it is gorgeous, but unfortunately it stops there. I love ALL of my other Le Creuset items, but this doesn’t even work for boiling pasta. Everything sticks and burns to the bottom, even while stirring. I would definitely choose a different style next time. Super bummed about this one.

Beautiful Stock Pot

Amazing stock pot! I cooked with it today. Not only is it a great pot for soups, pasta, and boiled potatoes, it is also beautiful to look at. I have the “Flame” color, and it is gorgeous.
