- Unplug and allow machine to cool completely before cleaning.
- Coffee grounds container, drain pan and drawer are top-rack dishwasher safe.
- Wipe exterior clean with soft, damp cloth.
- Machine has integrated maintenance programs for rinsing coffee system, rinsing milk system, rinsing frother, cleaning milk system, changing filter, cleaning machine and descaling machine. See user manual for details.

Amazing

love love love this coffee machine. I bought this coffee machine to replace my old one. My old machine still worked just fine. I had it for I believe 17 years or so and never had any problems with it. Jurassic makes a great coffee maker. I would absolutely recommend this product

Great product

Fantastic machine. Only wish is to be able to change settings of quick use better. I use the right Bean side more than left and it would be nice to be able to program to use both if they are the same Bean.

Defective Product Received!

We were so excited to purchase the Jura and after it arrived we couldn't get it to complete the start up menu. It gets stuck at the "Insert filter" part of the menu. We called Jura and the customer service rep did not do any diagnostics with us and decided it was a filter issue. We rec'd a new filter and it still wouldn't work. It's apparently a defective machine! Now we have to send it back to Williams Sonoma. It's crazy to spend this kind of money and the product has such poor QC! Williams Sonoma is no better...making us return it before even considering to send us a new machine. The customer is treated like their the issue not the crappy product and company that makes the poor product. NOT what I expected from Williams Sonoma and Jura at all. Buyer beware!

Requires a lot of extra care

Pros: Makes great coffee at a touch of a button. Easy interface and starts up very quickly. Cons: Has too many recurring costs. The machine comes with one filter, a mini bottle of milk system cleaning tablets and two machine cleaning tablets. The filter only lasted a month even though the water softness strip indicated soft water. The drip tray requires emptying every 3 coffees. So overall there's just a lot of things to take care of for the price point of this machine.

Although I’ve only been using it about a week, I’m quite pleased with it. In fact, I can’t wait to get outta bed in the morning for my cup of Joe!

Twice the coffee in half the space!

We have had two Jura’s on our counter, ever since my spouse was told by our physician to only drink decaf. The Jura J8 was the answer to great regular and decaf in the same footprint. With two bean bins, two grinders, and separate controls for aroma and grind, cup water volume etc, it is as full featured as we would need. We both have our fine tuned cup of the finest coffee! Thanks Jura!

Great Machine

JURA J 8 Twin is amazing as ww drink different coffees .. However there is a lot of clean up necessary to keep the pot clean after making coffee and with the milk forther.
