Instant Vortex™ Plus ClearCook + OdorErase, 6-qt

I am highly disappointed.

I am highly disappointed with these products. They emit a terrible odor while baking, and I can't figure out how the different functions work because some of the red signs are partially or completely invisible; also, it has completely stopped heating. I can't return it to Williams-Sonoma, and the original company wants me to buy replacement parts and attempt to fix it myself. The price at WS is also almost double. Amazon is much more reliable. One more problem, how to utilize the machine? WS do better.

I have bought other air fryers and didn’t use them because I did not like them but I bought this one and use it almost every day!! It is so nice and all food I have cooked has turned out great!!

Instant Vortex - I’m very pleased with my purchase

This air fryer is large enough for my family to replace the Mealthy Lid that I used with my Instant Pot. The Mealthy Lid would only fit 1 hamburger at a time. The Vortex is easy to use, cooks the food quickly and everything cooked in it tastes delicious. This air fryer is also to clean - most parts go in the dishwasher. You can’t go wrong with the Vortex.

Requires to purchase a filter

This product is tooo expensive. Every month you will need to replace the filter. You come out better looking at another nramd that does not require changing filter every month.   I would not recommend this to anyone that values their pocketbook

No recipe/time setting booklet.

I haven't used it yet, but a recipe/cooking time booklet would have been helpful - al my other Instant products came with one

Stopped working after 1 year

Lasted a little over a year and broke. Disappointed

VORTEX AIR FRYER-POOR SERVICE

Ordered an Air FRYER-you sent wrong item. First time item went to Mississippi and disappeared. Second time, wrong item sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM WILLIAMS SONOMA. I just gave wrong item to a friend.

So far so good. It is easy to use and produced great results! Nice crispy exterior on the foods I cooked in the air fryer. Happy so far.
