    Great Retro look and small countertop size

    A very nice microwave and easy to use. Interior is a bit tight for large dishes but it works.

    Broke one use

    I used it once and the door broke. It looked good on my counter for the night. You can’t return this. Really disappointed Williams-Sonoma would not only sell something this terrible but then to not accept it back.

    Broke after one year

    I’m extremely disappointed with this product. My microwave broke just over a year after purchase, right after the warranty expired. When I contacted customer service, they made it clear they wouldn’t stand behind the product after the warranty. Not only am I out the money, but this type of planned obsolescence is terrible for the planet, contributing to unnecessary waste and environmental harm. I won’t be buying from this brand again, and I’ll think twice before trusting Williams-Sonoma with any future purchases.

    Happy with the purchase

    It’s a small microwave, but economical and practical. looking great on my kitchen counter top, love the color .

    Cheaply made;

    This product is so cheaply made we were scared of breaking it by pressing buttons or opening the door. It also had a strange smell when used - like burnt plastic. When I tried to return it within the 30 day window, WS said it couldn't be returned. Very sketchy.

    Not user friendly

    Very difficult to use. Shuts off in the middle of heating, especially with popcorn and liquids. You would think WS would test products they offer for sale. This product did not have any reviews when I purchased it, but looking at the reviews now most of them share the same sentiment. Will be throwing this microwave out and getting a new one. Very disappointing.

    Brand new and does not heat at all

    Cannot even melt grated cheese on a tortilla at 100% power for 1.5 minutes. Super cute but a waste of money.
