    Use & Care

    Use

    • Do not season.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • For best results, use low to medium heat.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
    • To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oil such as safflower oil, corn oil or refined olive oil. Do not let oil smoke or burn.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil (regular olive oil is acceptable). Carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing food to stick.
    • Use silicone or wood utensils to avoid scratching surfaces.

    Care

    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water to maintain durability of nonstick surface.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and exterior stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser. Alternatively, use melamine sponge occasionally (do not use daily).
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.

    Versital and beautiful

    YASSSSSS, finally got the right pan. Now I know this is for omelets but my branzino cooked just like I wanted. Crispy skin and perfectly cooked. Oh I will make my famous spinach omelette too but this was the best fucntionable skillet for me . Kudos Tucci

    GreenPan Tucci Stanley Pan Review

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am genuinely satisfied with the quality of this pan! I decided to break in this pan by making asparagus first and I was not disappointed! The asparagus cooked thoroughly and did not burn or stick to the pan. The quality of the span is super sturdy and beautiful as well. It is a bit heavy but I’m okay with that! I am also in love with the gold accents. This pan was super easy to clean as well. I cannot wait to see how well other meals come out when using this pan!

    Fantastic cookware!!

    Its really great cookware. I've been looking for a new set that is Pfas free, durable and can be used on my gas cook top. My last cookware set was a stainless copper bottom set that is still in great shape but the food sticks and burns on a gas cooktop. The Green Pan Stainless Ceramic 11 piece Stanley Tucci set plus I got the 12 inch skillet are fantastic. It does well with my gas cooktop and the healthy Pfas free ceramic allow food to be cooked without sticking or burning. My set has the black handles which are longer and better balanced than what I've seen in other brands. I love the two handles on the 12 in skillet, the sauce pan and the pasta pot with insert. Much easier to handle. They feel very substantial and look beautiful. The stainless with ceramic inside won't chip due to the stainless wrap around at the edge, so it will look beautiful for a long time. I love the stay flat cooking surface inside of the cookware too. It's the 1st time I've been able to stir fry successfully on my cooktop. I can't wait to try more recipes. It makes cooking pleasurable and rewarding!! I also purchased the Green Pan Toaster Air Fryer Oven. I haven't bought an Air fryer in the past because i was concerned about the possible Pfas content of others. Green Pan's Toaster Air Fryer is Pfas free. So I can feel confident my healthy cooking is truely "forever chemical" free!

    The perfect addition to our kitchen!

    We have had our pan for a couple of weeks and are really enjoying it. The large size makes one pot meals so easy to prepare. The weight of the pan is nice, the non stick finish is well done and clean up is a breeze. So far, it's the first pan we grab when cooking because of the nice design. We will need to get a cover for the handle but it was nice to receive a protective pad for pan to prevent damage to non stick surface. We use on our gas cooktop.

    Hooked on omelettes now

    I've been meaning to eat more eggs for extra protein in my diet, and I wanted something that could make it super easy and convenient. I've been eating an omelette every day now. The pan heats up quickly but never burns your eggs. No brown crispy edges. Also, it's truly non-stick and the omelette slides right off onto your plate. I use a small splash of avocado oil before cooking. Lightweight but quality material. It's definitely been worth the money. I'm not much of a cook but this makes omelettes super easy.
