    not worth the money

    This product was a disappointment. it didn't get warm, tried using warm towel around it. it still didn't do anything.

    I bought this for my daughter in law for Christmas. She LOVES it! I even bought one for myself! It looks beautiful on your counter. It keeps your starter the perfect temperature. I love SourHouse and will continue to buy their products at William Sonoma whenever they have them!

    Not warm enough

    The Goldie is well made and very attractive, however it doesn't ever get above 74 degrees. I usually have to heat up a towel in the microwave and wrap it around the Goldie to get the temperature a few degrees higher.

    Easy sourdough starter warmer

    I love this sourdough starter warmer. It’s perfect for my counter top and is so easy.

    Great product!

    Finally I now have great sourdough starter regularly and my breads turn out so much better. The starter jars a really good to use as well, as so easy to stir the starter and clean the jars.

    MY starter loves "Goldie"

    I'm new to sour dough baking. I was having trouble getting a no-feed starter going because of inconsistent temperature in my kitchen. Now my starter is doing good and will be ready any day now.
